Modernizing Sanitation Facilities for 420 Students
School Overview
Iluppadichenai Ambal Vidyalayam is in a disadvantaged area in Batticaloa. There are approximately 420 students currently studying there, and the school has classes from Grade 1 to Grade 13, including a classroom for students with special needs.
Project Need
The school has an urgent need to modernise the Toilets. Due to many years of war, available funds for school needs are very little; thus, the school requested that Maanudam Foundation for support to modernise the toilets.
Project Status
We are now partnering with our local Partner MATHAKU, and they have now initiated the work.
